- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Defective or incorrect item: Santeli Jewelry covers return costs
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
Defective Items
If your product is defective:

- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund
