Which carrier will deliver my package?
For all shipments, we offer two shipping options: PostNL or DHL.
The actual shipping costs will be displayed during checkout in your shopping cart overview.

Santeli ships orders worldwide via PostNL and DHL from the Netherlands. Shipping costs per country will be shown once you select your destination country during checkout.
Shipping costs are based on your country of residence and the weight of your package. This ensures fair and transparent pricing.

Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return conditions
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Products showing signs of use will not be accepted.
• All accessories and included items must be returned.

Delivery Issues
My package has not been delivered, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that your package has not been delivered. You can contact us via infosanteli@hotmail.com. Please don’t forget to include your order number.
We will start an investigation with the carrier to find out what happened to your package. This process may take 1 to 3 business days.
If the package is declared lost by the carrier, we will refund the purchase amount. A refund will only be issued once there is confirmation and proof from the carrier that the package has not been delivered.
